Reiki Courses? To What Degree?
First of
all a reiki courses should be easy for
everyone to learn, and enjoyable. Its always best to learn in
samll groups as it is way more personal. You can get a great

Reiki courses should teach you the following:
once you are initiated, the power, or energy, of Reiki is yours for the rest of your life. Although you will become a channel for the Reiki energy, it will flow on its own accord: no you can not direct or manipulate it.
Cool thing is that no conscious focussing (a mind concentration) is necessary.
A Reiki practitioner is not in danger of taking on other modalities of healing.
Reiki can work on all beings without exception: humans, animals and plants, and it works on all levels emotional, physical, mental and spiritual.
Reiki is not a belief system. It is not a religion, or cult. In truth, it has been proven by science.
Reiki effectiveness is immediate and apparent, especially in the case of cut, bleeding, burn, bruise and acute pain, and as science has shown: in some cancer patients.
Reiki can heal others who are not physically present too (2nd Degree distant-healing), this is really cool.
Reiki does help and guide you to develop your spiritual growth. I started with reiki on my spiritual journey and so did my wife.
So why do you need Attunements in the reiki course?
With these Attunements you are connected to the source of Reiki, Chakras are opened and cleared, and so Reiki can flow through them. It means your are now able to channel Reiki to yourself and others when desired. If you want to go to the next level, then go here now:

You will learn a basic knowledge about Reiki and a basic hands-on healing method.
You will learn about the Aura and Chakra.
You will be initiated into Reiki by means of Attunements that will empower you to be a Reiki channel.
From this time on, Reiki energy will flow through your hands and do a fine job of healing too. It means YOU are now a Reiki practitioner (healer) for the rest of your life:-)
The Second Degree

After receiving the Second Degree, three symbols and their respective mantras will be given to you.
With the use of these symbols, Reiki healing will become more practical and beneficial.
With the third symbol you will be empowered to do Reiki healing on a person not physically present (distance-healing).
The Third Degree reiki courses:
You will be given the fourth symbol and its mantra after receiving the attunement that will make your Reiki energy become much subtler.
Teacher's Degree reiki

You will learn how to do the Attunements and how to teach Reiki.
