Personally I use Sacred Earth all the time. The Sacred Earth is one of the best binaural beats meditation around. While listening to it, it takes about five minutes to feel completely harmonized; its the coolest thing ever! During the sessions I have seen some amazing things like mandalas: celestial circles.
After listening to it for about 30 minutes, I feel like I have slept all night! But don't drive, or do anything stressful for about an hour afterward, as you will feel completely connected to the moment. You will be living in the moment, and you will want to experience this. This is the best part of it for me: appreciating the moment, to be completely satisfied with myself and the universe, within and without!
